Shipping Costs
Domestic US shipments have a flat shipping fee based on the specific items in the cart. International shipments are quoted based on the items ordered and shipping location.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
All Domestic US shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service. A tracking number for your parcel is provided. Most deliveries occur within 3-5 days of shipping; however, the USPS may have additional delays in shipping time.
In the summer months, orders are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure the package has several days to move through the mail system and to mitigate it from sitting in a hot shipping climate over the weekend.
International deliveries are quoted and shipped via DHL Express. Most are delivered within 5-7 business days. NOTE: International shipments will not include our signature gift packaging as customs requirements prohibit or will remove it upon inspection.
Missing or Lost Packages
We always recommend shipping your package to a destination that allows for a secure and protected drop-off. If your tracking information shows the package has been delivered, but it is not physically there, we recommend you contact the USPS (1-800-275-8777) or DHL Express so they can begin a claim. Most of these end up resolving themselves within a few business days. In the event the package is confirmed lost and a claim is paid via the USPS or DHL Express, we will re-manufacture and replace the order.
Damaged Products
In the event your product is damaged during shipping, please contact nicole@luxillume.com with your order number, description of the product and damage and, if possible, some photos. We will work with you on replacing the item.
