Subscription Policy

By selecting a recurring subscription, you are agreeing to be repeatedly billed in the timeframe you have selected.

If you need to skip, pause or cancel your subscription, you can click on the person silhouette in the top corner of the website, log into your account, and update your billing.  You can email nicole@luxillume.com for assistance. 

Skipping 3 consecutive boxes will result in your subscription being automatically cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after receiving your order and before your next billing cycle, you will not receive any additional product nor will you be charged any further.  If you cancel AFTER your renewal goes through but before your product ships, there will be no refunds on the product and the box will ship; however, no additional boxes will be billed or sent.
